Here is a line from the great litany often used by churches during lent..
“In the time of our tribulation;
in all time of our prosperity;
in the hour of death;
and in the day of judgment:
Help us, good Lord.”

Turn to pages 288-289 in TSB for the entire litany, and then pray it.
