Shade Tree Wisdom 8/6/2016 St. John wrote in his first letter these memorable words. “My little children, I am writing these things to you So that you may not sin. But If anyone does sin, we Have an Advocate with The Father, Jesus Christ, The righteous. He is the propitiation for Our sins, but not for ours Only, but also for the sins Of the world.” l John 2, 1.2 An advocate is one who pleads for another, states his case, as it were, asking for forgiveness. Or do something to make it right. In the case of our sins, they are not made right but, as Scripture teaches, drowned in the depths of thee sea,. In other words, they are gone, GPD 7/6/16
