Prayer at evening of this Sunday
Heavenly Father, as the day of rest and worship comes to an end,
And I look forward to another week, walk with me through the week.
I do not know what lies ahead, but I do know I am
Always under your care, and I am grateful.
Forgive my sins, and keep me from temptations.
Grant peaceful and restful sleep and let me awaken
refreshed for the new day and week ahead,
and bless the work that lies at hand for me to do.
I pray this in the name of Jesus, my Savior and Lord.
