You’re going you’ll
Wind up somewhere else”
That bit of wisdom is attributed to Yogi Berra. And it might be useful to refer to the Lenten journey we are on these next weeks till Easter. For in our journey we will be reminded again and again ‘remember that you are dust’. And that Jesus came as a light in the world, and ‘the darkness comprehended it not’.
That
is what this journey means to do, to teach us the darkness of sin that
envelopes us and give us the way to the Light of the world.
To deepen the lesson we live by, “No man comes to the Father but by Me. For it teaches again that Jesus Christ came to save the world, as St. John boldly teaches.
I pray the journey will not be in vain, and the God will strengthen and deepen your faith daily.
