Shade Tree Wisdom 2/20/2016 It came to our Lord too, being tempted by the devil. ‘ “Then Jesus was led By the Spirit Into the wilderness To be tempted By the devil” Matthew 4,1 It happened to our Lord. Just think off the brass, the demanding by Satan, to the very God Himself. And it also happens to us, continually. But Jesus also gave us the pattern for victory. He quoted Scripture, He said simply, “It is written” So it still is, and it the best and only tool we need to overcome temptation. Just use it always and so claim victory. GPD 2/20/16
