          Did you ever get caught in some foolish action and then tried to explain it? And the more you talked, the worse it got. And you found yourself nearly babbling some senseless explanation that made no sense whatever. Solomon had it right when he gave us this advice:

“He who restrains his lips is wise

Proverbs 19,19.

          The Message offer us this translation:

the more talk, the less truth.

The wise measure their words.”

          So, next time you are caught that way, shut up and remember the word of advice before it’s too late. OK?
