ShadeTree Wisdom 11/8/15

Shade Tree Wisdom 11/8/15
“But when I think that God
His Son not sparing,
Sent Him to die,
I scarce can take it in –
That  on the cross
My burden gladly bearing
He bled and died
To take away my sin;
Then sings soul,
My Savior God to Thee,
How great Thou art,
801,3Ow great Thu arty.”
LSB 801,2LSB 801,3

          You may remember George Beverly Shea sang this hundreds of times at every Billy Graham crusade. It was composed by Carl Gustaf Boberg after a sudden rain shower when he saw a rainbow in the sky.
