Shade Tree Wisdom 7/23/15

        The Book of Hebrews tells us:

“Let us then with confidence

Draw near to the throne

Of grace , that we may

receive mercy and find help

in time of need.”

Hebrews 4,10

        The Message gives us this passage:

“So let’s walk right up to

Him and get what  He

Is so ready to give.

Take the mercy,

Accept the help”.

        The King James asks us to ‘come boldly’. And that is the meaning here. When we approach God with our needs and our urgent desires, we should keep nothing back. After all, The Almighty God is also all-knowing, He knows what we have been up to. We need to hide nothing from Him.

        For our needs are ever urgent and necessary.

        So How boldly do you pray?  Let it always “come boldly” that we may get the help we always seem to be needing.
